STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (COED)

This training program will emphasize speed, strength, and power development. All students, regardless of experience or ability, are encouraged to join. We cultivate an environment that allows your athlete to build confidence, make friends and establish a healthy relationship with their personal wellness. It just so happens that they will get leaner, faster, and stronger in the process!
Dates: June 26- August 17
Days: Monday – Thursday (HS); M/W or Tu/Th (MS)
Times: 6:30am – 8:00am (HS and Young Grads) Offered as an EIGHT WEEK program only ($725)
7:15am – 8:45am (HS) Offered as an EIGHT WEEK program only ($725)
8:00am-9:30am (HS)Offered as both FOUR WEEK ($400) and EIGHT WEEK($725) programs
8:45am-10:15am(HS)Offered as both FOUR WEEK ($400) and EIGHT WEEK($725) programs
9:30am – 10:30am (MS) Two day a week programs only, for either FOUR ($200) or EIGHT ($350) weeks

FOUR WEEK Sessions run June 26- July 20, 2023, and July 24 – August 17, 2023
· Students attending grades 9-12 in the fall can participate in the high school group (including incoming high school students finishing up Grade 8).
· Students attending grades 7-8 in the fall can participate in the middle school group. Middle school participants can only participate in ONE weekday grouping- EITHER M/W OR Tu/Th- not both.
· Historically speaking, these spots fill up quickly! There will be a wait-list for those who just missed signing up for a group.
Drop-off and pick-up specifics will be emailed the week before the program opens.
Students must bring/wear cleats, sneakers, and a water bottle.
This program has an progressive curriculum that builds on skills and development. To that end, we do not prorate or enroll for partial programs.
