Debate Camp aims to empower students with the skills of effective communication and teamwork through the avenues of debate and public speaking.  The goal of our program is to create informed and articulate global citizens in a fun and exciting learning environment.

Debate Camp – In Brief:

Debate Camp specializes in summer and year-round programming in public speaking, parliamentary debate and Model United Nations.  Since 2002, we have operated day and overnight camps throughout North America; with a program suited to grades 5 – 9 (Day Camp) and grades 7 – 10 (Overnight Camp).  Online programs operate concurrently throughout the year and offer a range of enrichment subjects alongside debate and public speaking.

Built by experienced educators, we believe in providing an academic enrichment opportunity to youth across Canada and the Northeastern United States via a set of exceptionally well-organized, safe and accredited summer camps. At Debate Camp, we provide a fun and inspiring space for youth to develop some timelessly-important skills; to hear opposing views and to confidently articulate their ideas well in the company of others.

Debate Camp specializes in parliamentary debate, impromptu and prepared public speaking.  As well, we teach and conduct a popular 1 day Model United Nations simulation at all of our camps. We ensure that all program areas are fun, engaging and suited to a variety of age groups (grades 5 to 10) and multiple ability levels.
