Camp Chris: Senior Eagles
At this age, teens make more of their own choices about friends, sports, studying and school. They become more independent, with their own personality and interests, although adult role models like parents, coaches, and camp counselors are still very important. This age group is prone to going back and forth between high expectations and lack of confidence, and this is why camp is so important! We are honest and direct in giving the feedback Senior Eagles need to become the camp leaders we know they can be! As the oldest group, we offer plenty of choices and encourage them to make their own decisions. We value their opinions, and work together to solve problems – using the power of the Senior Eagles group, their only limitations are themselves!
At a Glance:
- 1:10 counselor ratio within each group
- Co-ed groupings
- Activities taught by an experienced staff
- Program leaders hold bachelors or masters level degrees
- Daily access to our outdoor pool for recreational swim, watched by trained lifeguards and group counselors
