COOKING CAMP: CUPCAKE AND COOKIE CHALLENGE (GRADES 2 AND 3)

Join us for our NEW half day cooking camps!  Spend half the day in the kitchen, and half the day sampling all that camp has to offer- swimming, sports and games, arts and crafts, and more! 

This week’s theme is: Cupcake and Cookie Challenge.  Get ready to join in the fun as we put a TBK spin on the classic cupcake and cookie with our favorite savory and sweet recipes. Have you ever made savory Thumbprint Cookies or Quinoa Cupcakes? Coconut Brookies or Pineapple Upside-Down Cupcakes? We’ll tackle culinary techniques, master new skills and put your culinary creativity to the test. The week will conclude with an all-sweet Battle Cupcake complete with fondant decorating and piping frosting leaving all budding chefs cheering for more!  All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian. A cloth apron is included.

Our kids cooking camps are the perfect recipe for gaining kitchen confidence, learning essential cooking skills and making new friends.  Our camps feature both sweet and savory recipes each day.  Grab your apron and let’s get cooking! 

Wondering about allergies? All of our ingredients are nut-free and vegetarian. We will be using gluten, dairy and eggs throughout the week.

Please note:  This camp must enroll to minimum enrollment in order to run. 

This camp must comply with regulations of the MDPH & be licensed by the LBOH
